Reservation Notes
- To make a reservation, name, phone no. and email address should be provided for registration.
- Please make reservation via WhatsApp.
- The arrangement of the masseuse and room is subject to availability.
- Sun and Moon will give priority to arrange a double room for booking of two people. If customers require separate rooms for treatment, please explain to our customer service for arrangement while booking.
- We will accommodate when possible specific requests for a nominated masseuse or room.
- Prepayment is required for all booking.
- A reservation is successful only when you receive a confirmation message.
- Client should arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Treatment time will be shortened accordingly and the original booking fee will be deducted if you are late.
- Please notify us of any changes/cancellations in advance by WhatAapp or phone. Guests will be considered absent when no notification in advanced was made. ( Mon - Fri : 24 hours in advance, Sat / Sun / PH 48 hours in advance )
- Reservations will be held for 15 mins and guests will be considered absent if no-show.
- Client will only be able to book no more than ONE subsequent treatment (VIP member can book no more than THREE subsequent treatments) to protect other clients.
- Currently we are unable to serve clients with the following conditions:
- (1) Pregnancy; (2) Severe skin disease; (3) Heart disease; (4) Hypertension; (5) Retinal detachment; (6) Severe neck and back injuries; (7) Severe injuries; (8) Serious illness; (9) or have recently undergone a surgical procedure. Should a client suffer from any of these conditions they must inform Sun and Moon at the time of booking. If the client does not disclose information about these underlying conditions, Sun and Moon are not liable for any injuries or adverse effects as a result.
- It is recommended not to eat within one hour before the treatment.
- Please inform us of any injuries or health conditions before the treatment.
- Please consume a sufficient amount of water after massage to hydrate.
- If you choose an aroma oil treatment, please seek clearance from a physician to receive this type of massage service. People who suffer from all types of allergies such as (but not limited to) skin, respiratory, hypertension, hypotension should exercise caution and take this treatment at their own risk. We also provide fragrance-free organic Jojoba oil for those who are sensitive to aroma oil.
- No refunds are available for any purchase of Sun and Moon.
- Response to COVID-19: If prepaid treatments or VIP memberships cannot be used due to government regulations of closure, we will reschedule your appointment and extend the use period accordingly without refund.
Inclement Weather Special Arrangement
- Sun & Moon shall remain open for business if Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3/ Red or Amber Rainstorm weather warnings are hoisted.
- When the HK Observatory forecasts that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm warning will be hoisted within 2 hours, clients who have arrived at Sun & Moon or have commenced their treatments, these will be completed or re-booked depending on the remaining time and conditions. There are no refunds for pre-paid treatments.
- To ensure the safety of our clients Sun & Moon will be closed when the Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted.
- Any reservations affected will be canceled and rescheduled as soon as possible after the resumption of normal operation.
- When the HK Observatory announces that the Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm warning signal is lowered, Sun & Moon will resume business 2 hours after the signal is lowered, and the corresponding reservations will not be affected.
- Sun & Moon will remain closed if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted at or after 7:00 pm.
